Supported Employment focuses on a person's abilities and provides the supports the individual needs to be successful on a long term basis. What is the role of the Job Coach?
 
   - To identify individual interests, strengths, and needs for employment
   - Provide Job Development to locate and secure an appropriate job for the individual.
   - Provide on-the-job training and teach the individual how to perform tasks to the employer's satisfaction.
   - Provides intervention and support for job retention.
 
How do you express concerns?
   - First, speak directly with the Job Coach.
   - Second, call Supported Employment Director @ (843) 805-5880.
   - Third, call the Director, Adult Day Programs @ (843) 805-5875
   - Or, you may choose another Supported Employment Provider.
